This privacy policy applies to the mobile apps ThinkyKids and Mayor Beaver (each an "Application") created by Yurii (the "Service Provider"). ThinkyKids is provided as a freemium service. The services are intended for use "AS IS". Each app has its own section below; the Security, Changes and Contact sections apply to both.

ThinkyKids

Age Notice

This app is intended for children age 6 to 8, including primary school learners. If you are a parent or legal guardian, please review this policy and provide consent before your child uses the app.

Information Collection and Use

The Application can collect limited analytics information only after consent on the in-app consent screen. This may include:

The Application does not collect precise location data.

Third Party Access

Analytics and technical diagnostics data may be sent to external services to help improve the Application. The Application uses Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Remote Config, Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore. Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore are used only to verify the parent PIN that protects the settings area, and they store no name and no email address. The version check (Firebase Remote Config) runs at every launch regardless of your choice on the consent screen, and it sends only the app version and a technical installation identifier, never analytics events. Data Collected

The Application collects technical and analytics events, including screens viewed, session duration, and basic device/app information.

Data Not Collected

The Application does not collect direct personal identifiers such as name, email address, phone number, home address, or precise location.

Purpose of Use

Analytics data is used only to analyze and improve the Application experience.

Opt-Out Rights

Users can continue using the Application without analytics by choosing the non-analytics option on the consent screen. Users can also stop all collection by uninstalling the app.

Data Retention

Analytics data is retained only as needed for service quality and app improvement.

Children

The Application does not collect personal information such as name, email address, phone number, or exact location. It may collect pseudonymous usage data that is not linked to your child’s name or account, such as usage duration, game events, and basic device information.

The Application does not show third-party advertising and does not use IDFA for advertising tracking.
